Downtown San Diego has come a long way in the last 30 years.  It's no longer a sleepy forgotten core surpassed by the suburbs.  In fact, it's now the epicenter of major activity, jobs, demand, and new construction.

If you're interested in buying new, reach out to me.  Keep in mind you can walk into a builder sales center yourself and buy; but you'll be leaving money on the table, so-to-speak.  When you retain my Realtor services at no charge to you; there are a host of services you recieve, such as:

-Negotiating on your behalf with the builder - This is often overlooked, but having me as your agent means contracts that favor you more, and I work to get you free upgrades and perks whenever possible. 

-Concierge service - This is a complimentary service I offer that goes above and beyond working on the transaction, the goal is to make your transition to your new home as smooth as possible.  Some examples include coordinating your move, timing the sale of an existing home to eliminate the need for temporary housing, and working with related services such as home stagers or designers to facilitate a sale or furnish your new home to taste.  I also offer move-in ready service if you want to walk into your new home with it already decorated and stocked, right down to food in the fridge.

-Even after your homebuying experience is complete I follow up to make sure there isn't anything else you might want to make it an even better experience.  My reputation is built from happy clients.
